Our company, using quality control tools such as the TESA hite 700 height meter and the CMM MITUTOYO CRYSTA APEX S-7106 dimensional measuring machine
Also we are using Nikons Metrologys NEXIV VMZ video measuring machine fro measuring parts up to 0.5mm
We are able to carry out dimensional checks with precision,
ensuring the progress of the production process and the minimization of errors

Machining in a machining center
Our company has two (2) machines Mori Seiki NMV5000DCG CNC 5-axis diameter machining center (X,Y,Z) 750 x 510 x 510 mm
also we have a Mori Seiki NM5000A/50 CNC 3-axis diameter machining center (X,Y ,Z) 800 x 510 x 510 mm
and an AKIRA SEIKI SV1350 3 axis (with 4axis table) dameter machining center (X,Y,Z) 1300 x 650 x 600 mm
that ensure the optimal combination of speed, reliability and quality.

Through advanced design and cutting programs such as UNIGRAPHICS Siemens NX, TOPSOLID and PEPS CAD/CAM
we can provide the product that you asked in order to fully satisfy the needs of our customers.
